Root - Grouping settings - setting teamleader required to operate in the group/class

Adding to group is neccesary to assign the team and teamleader together. As uses rights system to protect the privacy, all users are seen only by users with a Full User module rights which may cause issues if more people has access to a full list. Therefore there is a way how to solve this, admin can set:

- group teamleader or teacher with User rights on Write level which allowes to assign users to activities and see own created users as well
- the group of people (team, department, classroom) and group them togetther with the teamleader or teacher.

Once this is set, the team leader can see the users and manage them. The user may be in several groups independetly.
